Inspire by teal , lace and mustard

I got inspire today by the colors teal and mustard, I fall in love with colors everyday, It's a thing that wont stop in me, as a creative person that I am, colors are very in my life and they inspire me very much, I'm in the mood for teal and mustard. I have always love the color teal and mustard together, and now it's in fashion with clothe and decorations.
This project is going to be a sachet peach scent, the pillow is a 9" x 9" inches square.  More items you might like; https://www.etsy.com/listing/95429331/lace-and-linen-pillow.

For this project you will need the following;
1. Scissors,
2. Glue gun,
3. lace,
4. linen fabric,
5. ruler to measure your square cut fabric,
6. Fabric for the flower you will make.
7. Rhinestones or button for the center of the flower.
8. Sachet scented herb you wish to use.
9. Felt
10. Stuffing filling

Cut a 32"  x 2" piece of fabric to make your flower carnation.
And handsew like this all the way to the other end of the fabric piece.

It should be looking like this. You you sew it make a knot and then we do the rest, continue.

Now you will curl it up evenly to make the flower.

This side you are looking at is the bottom part of the flower. You will be using the glue gun then to glue it together and on to a piece of round felt you will cut for the vase of the flower.

Here you glue the flower and attach to the felt you see here.

Here you can see how it's done.

attach

glue the rhinestone

Now to make the pillow.

Measure in each side the fabric and lace lenght to be the same in each side.

After you sew the lace unto the fabric like a cross in the center. You attach the fabrics together and pin them to sew them.

When you sew it together leave an opening to fill it with the
scented herb and the filling, an opening of  2 inches atleast.

This is the scented herb im adding to the inside of the pillow before the filling.

Fill it up with your stuffing evenly.

Then sew the opening.
Sew the pillow around square evenly, to make it evenly you need to attaching your pins in a measuring way with your ruler you can do this when attaching the pins.

Then glue a little bit the flower in the bottom to
the felt and glue on to the center of the pillow.

Carnation fabric flower.

I hope you enjoyed it and learn how to create this cute sachet pillow.♥
